Should every person the president nominates to serve as a judge or in a
government position receive an up or down vote on the floor of the Senate?

In the Senate, a filibuster can prevent a vote on a presidential nominee from
taking place unless 60 senators agree. Some have proposed that Senate rules be
changed so that a confirmation vote can be held whenever a
majority of senators agree. Do you favor or oppose a proposal to change
the rules and eliminate the filibuster for all presidential nominees?
