Following police shootings of black suspects in several major cities, the U.S.
Justice Department investigated and mandated changes in the police departments
in those cities. How likely is it that the changes ordered by the Justice
Department will reduce the level of crime in those cities?
2* Should
the new Attorney General review the agreements the Justice Department reached
with those cities and change them if necessary? Or should he leave those
agreements alone?
