1* How closely have you followed recent news stories about air travel in the United States?

2*  Generally speaking, is air travel in the United States very safe, somewhat safe, not very safe, or not at all safe?

3*  How often do you travel on commercial airlines – Rarely or never, occasionally, once a month or more?

4*  Did you travel by commercial airliner in the past week?

5* Have you or anyone you know personally experienced any flight delays caused by the sequester spending cuts?

6* Is it possible for the Federal Aviation Administration to make modest spending reductions without causing flight delays?

7* Congress quickly passed legislation to halt the airport delays. Does Congress react more quickly to things that affect congressmen, their staff and their friends?

8* When government agencies are forced to cut budgets, do they generally cut popular programs first to make the cuts seem more significant?

9* Will cuts in the Federal Aviation Administration’s budget hurt air safety in the United States?
