Colorado: Bush 50% Kerry 45%

The latest Rasmussen Reports survey shows the President with 50% of the Colorado vote and Senator Kerry with 45%. The ballot in Colorado will include several other candidates including Ralph Nader at 2% and Libertarian Michael Badnarik at 1%. Green Party candidate David Cobb and Constitution Party candidate Michael Peroutka each attract less than 0.5%.

Our September 29 survey found the President leading 48% to 44%. In mid-September, the candidates were separated by just a single percentage point in Colorado-.

Bush is viewed favorably by 54% of Colorado voters, Kerry by 45%. Since our last survey, Bush had gained a point on the favorability scale while Kerry has lost a point.

Regardless of who they want to win, 57% of voters think President Bush will be re-elected.
