*Please note that we split the survey to rotate the order of the candidates, so while half will hear the Republican first, the other half hears the Democrat mentioned first.
1* In thinking about the 2012 election for U.S. Senate, suppose you had a choice between Republican Connie Mack and Democrat Bill Nelson. If the election were held today, would you vote for Republican Connie Mack or Democrat Bill Nelson?
2* Suppose the Republicans nominate George LeMieux. If the 2012 Election for U.S. Senate were held today, would you vote for Republican George LeMieux or Democrat Bill Nelson?

7* How closely have you followed recent news reports about President Obama's health care law and the U.S. Supreme Court?
8* Would you like to see the U.S. Supreme Court overturn the health care law or uphold its legality?
9* Which do you think the U.S. Supreme Court is more likely to do – overturn the health care law or uphold its legality?
10* The health care law requires every American to buy or obtain health insurance. Do you strongly favor, somewhat favor, somewhat oppose or strongly oppose a federal law that requires every American to buy or obtain health insurance?
11* Does the federal government have the constitutional authority to force everyone to buy health insurance?
12* Should all voters be required to prove their identity before being allowed to vote?
13* Do laws requiring photo identification at the polls discriminate against some voters?
14* How confident are you that final election results accurately reflect the votes that were cast for each candidate?
