Government Ethics and Corruption Top Voting Issue
The latest Rasmussen Reports tracking poll on Election 2008 Issues finds that voters name Government Ethics and Corruption as the most important issue of the season. The national telephone survey asked respondents to rank ten issues in terms of how they would impact voting behavior and 74% named government ethics and corruption as Very Important. The Democrats still have a large advantage on this topic, 39% to 29%. But 32% aren't sure who to trust.
