Ohio State Top Pick Among Fans to Take NCAA Title

Twenty-eight percent (28%) of college basketball fans believe the Ohio State Buckeyes, led by freshman center Greg Oden will take their first NCAA Men’s Basketball title since 1960. However, a Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of 629 college basketball fans found there is no overwhelming favorite this year. The defending champion Florida Gators are expected to win by 26% of tournament fans, nearly as many as those who pick Ohio State. If the Gators do win the title they will be the first team to repeat as champions since Duke did so in 1991 and 1992.
