51% Receive Equal Pay for Equal Work
Fifty-one percent (51%) of American workers say they receive equal pay for equal work, whereas 37% do not.
A new Hudson survey found that there is no gap between men and women on this issue. Fifty-one percent (51%) of men and 51% of women believe that they are being paid on par with others who do similar work.
