6* At dinner, what do you consider a standard tip for a waiter for standard service—less than 10%, 10%, 15% 20%, or more than 20%?
7* Should it be required that every restaurant publish the nutritional information for all items on its menu?
8* A restaurant published the nutritional information for each item on their menu, how much would it influence what you ordered?
