29% Say U.S. Heading in Right Direction

Twenty-nine percent (29%) of Likely U.S. Voters think the country is heading in the right direction, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey for the week ending August 18.

That’s down four points from a week ago which marked the highest weekly finding since late June 2015. This finding had been trending upward for four weeks from a low of 21% following the murders of policemen in Dallas and Baton Rouge.
